Blackwood Cottage & Teatree Cottage

Our 2 bedroom cottages can each cater to a maximum of 5 people. Fully equipped with all the comforts, including reverse cycle air conditioning.  They are ideal for families & / or friends seeking a private, comfortable place from which to explore the Great Ocean Road, Johanna & the Otways.
  • Queen size master bedroom
  • 2nd smaller bedroom with single bed & upper & lower single bunk bed
  • Quality doonas, linen, plenty of pillows, electric blanket, extra blankets
  • Two seater & 2.5 seater sofa, ottoman, reverse cycle air conditioning
  • Open plan – lounge, kitchen, dining room – with dining table/seating
  • DVD/TV – Vast Satellite television provides ABC/SBS/7/9/10 and Australian regional TV and radio stations
  • DVD library
  • Free Wifi (satellite/no streaming).  Mobile phone reception is improving but is sketchy depending on provider.
  • Wood fire heating with supply of wood at your door
  • Big fluffy towels, shower recess, heated towel rail, vanitiy, toilet and basic supply of bathroom amenities (guest soap, shampoo conditioner, tissues, hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper)
  • Fully equipped kitchen:  All cooking utensils, pots & pans, full size electric oven/stove, crockery & cutlery, BBQ utensils.  Full size fridge/freezer, microwave, tea towels, detergent.  Basic supply of condiments:  Plunger coffee, instant coffee, selections of teas, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil.
  • Laundry: washing machine, iron, ironing board, detergent, clothes line
  • Outdoor – fenced yard, Gas BBQ, outdoor setting & elevated, covered,  front veranda
