The Acacia

This 1 bedroom spa cottage is in a wonderfully secluded location in a valley, on the banks of a pond, with an elevated verandah looking out over the farm with rural, forest & distant ocean views.

Queen size master bedroom (with option for single bed to cater to twin share – price on application)
Quality doona, linen, plenty of pillows, electric blanket, extra blankets
Two seater leather sofa, leather armchair, ottoman, reverse cycle air conditioning
Dining table with seating for two
DVD/TV – Vast Satellite television provides ABC/SBS/7/9/10 and Australian regional TV and radio stations
DVD library
Free satellite wifi (no streaming). Mobile phone reception is improving but is sketchy depending on provider.
Wood fire heating with supply of wood at your door
Corner spa bath with shower above the spa. Big fluffy towels, vanity sink, toilet & basic supply of bathroom amenities (guest soap, shampoo conditioner, tissues, hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper)
Fully equipped kitchen: All cooking utensils, pots & pans, full size electric oven/stove, crockery & cutlery, Weber gas BBQ & utensils. Full size fridge/freezer, microwave, tea towels, detergent. Basic supply of condiments: Plunger coffee, instant coffee, selections of teas, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil.
Laundry: washing machine, iron, ironing board, detergent, clothes line
Outdoor – fenced yard, Weber gas BBQ, outdoor setting, elevated, covered, front veranda.
